Yes , if you want to ship to two different addresses or countries, simply place two separate orders. First create an order for your own Totwoo bracelet, then another for your partner using their shipping address. Additional fees may apply.

How do I check my bracelet's connection?

Touch your bracelet:

  • Solid blue light = active connection.
  • Flashing blue light = Reconnect your Bluetooth to reestablish the connection.

Can we connect with each other even if we are far away from each other?

Absolutely! As long as the Totwoo smart jewelry is properly set up via the app and has a Wi-Fi or mobile connection, you can connect no matter how far away you are.

Can I connect more than 2 people?

We're sorry, but our jewelry currently does not allow multiple pieces to be connected at once. However, you can unpair one piece of jewelry and connect it to another

Do both pieces of jewelry have to be together when pairing?

No. But a jewel must be present with your phone when pairing.
